Training: Dance School of Scotland and Doreen Bird College of Performing Arts, graduating with distinction and attaining the RAD Solo Seal.
Theatre includes: dance captain, swing, understudy Neleus and Valentine in Mary Poppins (UK tour), swing, understudy Neleus and Valentine in Mary Poppins (Prince Edward), Carbucketty and understudy Mr Mistoffelees in Cats (UK tour), The Ha’Penny Bridge (original cast, The Point, Dublin), Jack Frost in The Snowman (Peacock), The Bartered Bride (Opera North, UK tour), dance captain and assistant choreographer for Jack and the Beanstalk (Pavilion, Glasgow), Broadway to West End and Children Will Listen (Theatre Royal, Drury Lane), Follies (London Palladium) and Barbara Cook and Friends (Coliseum).

Dance includes: member of Scottish Ballet 1998-2003. Principal roles included Romeo in Robert North’s Romeo and Juliet, the Snowman in Robert North’s The Snowman and creating the title role in Robert Cohan’s Aladdin. Also, featured roles in Lila York’s Rapture, Tim Rushton’s Night Life, Robert North’s Light Fandango and Troy Games, and works by Sir Kenneth MacMillan, Sir Frederick Ashton and Peter Darrell, and new work by Christopher Hampson, Cathy Marston and Toni Mira (theensemblegroup tour 2004). Paul has been featured as Dancer of the Month in Dancing Times.
Television includes: Children’s Party at the Palace, Blue Peter, Children in Need, The Late, Late Show (RTE, Ireland) and Musical Awards Gala 2009 (AVRO, Holland).
