Ballet and contemporary dance include: Between Sleeping and Waking (Resolutions, The Place), created the role of Cecile in Les Liaisons Dangereuses (Japan tour, Sadler’s Wells) and The Lewitsky Legacy (Arts, Los Angeles).

Helen has choreographed and taught at Bird College, London Studio Centre and Arts Educational College and teaches workshops at Pineapple as part of the Pineapple Professionals team. She is auditions associate for Hairspray (West End and UK tour).
