To celebrate tonight’s opening at the Adelphi, we bring you an interview with Ramin Karimloo who takes to the stage this evening as The Phantom.
Ramin is no stranger to the role, having played the lead in the original London production for two years prior to reprising the character in Love Never Dies. In this exclusive video Ramin talks of the challenges of the role, the show itself, the music and how the character has changed in the intervening years.

Hi Ramin
Just to say ……. Have a wonderful, exhilerating, phantasmagorical journey as Phantom in tonights Premier.
The show is awesome, and the world has already started to fall under the spell & power of this mind blowing, emotional rollercoaster of a musical.
Bravo!!!
Wish I was there tonight, to join the amazing atmosphere, excitement and anticipation. Sadly, I’m not a celebrity or anyone important, hey ho!
So to you, Sierra and all the cast – Go out on that stage tonight, and shine!
Congratulations in advance, the press will love it!

I wish I were able to be there last night at the premier but I am sure that I will see it many times when it finally reaches the states. Huge Phantom Phan and already love all the music I have heard. Thank you Andrew for another fantastic theatrical masterpiece.

Bravo indeed! You have brought another dimension to a beloved classic. From what I’ve seen of these videos, it looks like it’s another amazing production – I hope you make a DVD of the show, or do a movie (or both=) Well, thanks to all of you for the extraordinarily beautiful music…wonderful, wonderful job!
God bless you.
